SEMI - AUTO UNIVERSAL PRINTING 150D
The semi-automatic printing machine 150D was developed for large printing stroke from 300 mm up to 15050 mm by Double Printing attachment with direct drive or Triple Stroke Printing attachment with direct drive.
It is universal thus can print OVAL, CYLINDRICAL and FLAT objects of any material. IN fact, the machine 150D is suitable for printing on most types of bottle as well many other objects.
Its sturdy construction gives it a very long lifetime and outstanding reliability.
Changing tooling is very simple and fast. Besides, all adjustments are micrometric and therefore precise. This makes the 150D a very comfortable machine for the set-up technician and the operator.

UV DRYER 450
The 4150 is used to cure large diameter containers such as pails for instance.
A turntable with 6 mandrels transfer the objects to the enclosed curing station. The objects places on the mandrels are than rotated one full turn in front of the lamp. The mandrels are adjustable to different object diameter.
This UV dryer features a precision parabolic reflector that focuses the UV rays on the objects surface to ensure optimum curing using the lowest energy. The distance between the object and the reflector assembly is adjustable from the outside for easy focusing.
The UV system equipped with full and half power and the variable speed of the turntable provide infinite adjustment of the drying efficiency.
