FLUORESCENT COL PIGMENT |
page : 1 | 2
|
SINLOIHI PIGMENT DISPERSION SW SERIES |
Fluorescent pigment has been used mainly for print use in the textile field, however, recently it has been frequently used for padding, this due to disversifications in fashion and in the development of textile processing technology. With the expension of sports and leisure, specially in ski and marine sports, it is becoming more widely used for clothing related to these fields; marine sports wear such as swmiing suit, swimming trunks, wet suit etc,; ski wear and caps.
Expansion of fluorescent color application is not only for wears, but also for other related such as surfine boards, sails, yatchs as marine sports goods and ski boards, ski stock, ski shoes as ski goods in the form of painting and plastics coloring etc.
As use in such fields widen, the required efficiency of flourescent pigment use is heightening. We would like to introduce the high quality fluorescent SINLOIHI Pigment Dispersion SW Series, the quality of which has been designed to meet demands for efficient use in various fileds.
SINLOIHI Pigment Dispersion SW Series is available for wide application in various fields of textile printing such as roll printing, automatic screen printing, hand screen printing, and other processes.
Features of SINLOIHI Pigment Dispersion SW Series.
|
Superior workability
They contain no course particles because the particle size of the SW Series is below 1.0 µ. Accordingly, it causes no trouble such as clogging in screen mesh or plate cylinder and motting in printting.
Superior resistance to heat
There is no discoloration by drying at about 400°F(204°C). This property allows rapid curing at higher temperatures than with conventional fluorescent pigments.
Superior lightfastness
Coventional daylight fluorescent pigments cannot provide a printed cloth of high quality enough to satisfy buyers' demands because of thier poor lightfastness. However SINLOIHI Pigment Dispersion SW Series has a light fastness of Class 4 on the wool scale so that fluorescent pigments may be used to produce a beautifully desined pattern.
Non-formaldehyde
Skin irritation or rashes due to formaldehye present in baby clothes have ofeten been contain formaldehyde, their use is being regualted. The SW Series, on the onther hand, contains no formaldeyde, and is threfore a safe pigment dispersion.
Briliancy and purity
The colors available with SW Series are very briliant and pure.

Processing for the cloth
Printing and padding are carried out in the following ways: |
|
Table 3 |
(1) Example of printing |
|
(1) Example of printing (Refer to the Table 3)
When using together with ordinary pigment, the following procedure is recommended:
Printing --> precuring --> curing --> finishing
When using together with reactive dyestuffs, the following procedure is recommended:
Drystuffs paste printing--> SINLOIHI paste printing--> precuring --> steaming --> soaping
--> washing --> drying --> finishing
|
After Printing, the cloth is pre-dried and then must be cured under one of the conditions listed below. |
Table 4 |
|
1) Example of Padding (Refer to the Table 4)
After padding, the cloth is pre-dried and then cured. The removal of easily released particles and socium alginate from the printed cloth surface improves its resistance to washing. For this purpose, it is preferable to a soap off(160°F (71°C) o.5% soap solution) after the curing, as this will improve the resistance to washing by 0.5-1 grade. |
