One Ton Capacity Mixing Vessels, constructed in heavy duy stainless steel.
Vessels, retaining dished bottom sections with remote controlled Ball Valve outlet system.
High Speed Mixer/ Homogenizer Unit - a 20 HP, 2 speed AC Motor unit (1450 & 2900 RPM), coupled to a robustly constructed stainless steel Mixer Head Assembly, fitted with a purposely designed Homogenizing/Mixer blade.
Mixer Lifting Unit - retaining a Travelling Carriage Lift Mechanism, fitted with a robust " Extended Arm ", ready prepared to accept the said Mixer/Homogenizer Unit.
Travelling Carriage connected to an AC geared motor drive unit, retaining a brake assembly to control Mixer Unit into the selected Auto/Manual operating mode.
Swivel Unit (for Double Tank System Only) - retaining a Turntable supported in purposely designed bearing housing and driven from an AC geared motor drive unit, for the auto-positioning of Mixer Unit into correct operational position.
Operator Working Platform - complete with safety hand - rails and anti - slip stairtreads.
Operator Control Panel - housing Digital Level Indicating System, calibrated in liters, for checking liquid measure in mixing tanks, together with related electrical switch gear, ready prepared to accept clients incoming supply.
Pumping Station - comprising of a Pneumatic Actuated Double Diaphragm Pump, complete with a quick - release interchangeable In- Line Filter Unit. |
