REGISTRATION
Every head is registered by the rolling contact registration system which is factory set for lifetime accuracy.

CALIBRATED HEAD OFF-CONTACT
The calibrated individual head off-contacts allows for repeatability in setting screen heights or flash cure heights for each print head on your machine. This feature also allows you to set each print head to zero on all four corners and check for pallet levelness.

MICRO REGISTRATION
The machine features a user-friendly micro-registration system. A bullseye guide assists accurate positioning of the screen. The screens will not tilt when unfastened and positive positioning can be quickly achieved.

TOUCH PANEL CONTROLLER
The control panel is designed with the operator in mind and features the following range of powerful functions:
A 32 character backlit display
Instant machine status recognition
Automatic diagnosis of machine faults.
Chemical resistant flat membrane front panel.
Audible feedback from a beeper.
Independent head control with multiple pass function.
The test print facility enables set-up to be performed only on one pallet.
The sequential start/stop feature automatically activates all heads in the correct sequence and eliminates spoilage due to operator error.

CENTRAL OFF-CONTACT
By turing a single handle you can increase the off-contact for all print heads. This is extremely important for saving you time when changing from T-shirts to sweats or neoprene. The central off-contact maintains constant registration for all screens.

HEAD AND TABLE FEATURES
The manifold design of the head enables easy cleaning.
The dual print flood cylinder head construction allows even pressure adjustment of the squeegee and floodbar. Lift and squeegee moement may be controlled by bttons on the head and the speed of the squeegee and floodbar can be controlled independently.
There is print length adjustmentfront and rear. The table is of extremelyrigid construction and enables trim in all dicrections.
The screens are held in place by side screen rails, allowing the use of various size screens, and ease of access.

FLASH CURE UNIT
A black infra-red heat source is non-discriminating, giving even curing regardless of ink or garment colour.
The integrated flash cycle is controlled by a dwell timer and automatic override to give correct curing and prevent scourching.
The selectable tempreture is LED indicated, thermostatically controlled, using solid state componentry.
