The new fabric tension frame H24-D is a further development of the proved model H 24, equipped with reinforced and laterally bevelling, adjustable clamps as well as with a continuously adjustable tension system.
|
Easy adjustment of the tensioning unit size allows quick adaption to frames of different sizes, minimizing fabric waste. The H24-D can be used to stretch all fabric types and has all the features necessary to produce screens with uniform and accurate tension. This unit meets increasing demand for precise printing results for screen process as well as circuit board printing. Easily adjustable frame supports make it possible to process quickly one or even several screens, whether dead straight or in any angle. Stretching is made by turning the two handwheels. During stretching, the fabric clamps ride on ball bearings independent of each other, distributing tension evenly in longitudinal and transversal directions to avoid avertensioning the screen corners.
